How to properly build Jingliu? ›

Best Build for Jingliu

The best relic sets for Jingliu are 4pc Glacial Forest or 4pc Genius of Brilliant Stars, and Rutilant Arena for her planar set! Glacial Frost is slightly better overall than Genius of Brilliant Stars for the crit damage after using her Ult, as well as the Ice bonus damage on the 2 piece.

I'd say 30 CR and 180 CD on the character summary screen is the absolute minimum. Jingliu can get to 200+ CD a lot easier than other characters thanks to her CD traces + always going CD body so it's well worth shooting for 35-50 CR (less if using Fu or S1 Sparkle) and 200+ CD once you can hit the minimum benchmark.

We recommend the 2-piece Hunter of Glacial Forest and 2-piece Musketeer of Wild Wheat as the best Relics for Jingliu in Star Rail. This safely ensures you're getting a boost to both Jingliu's Ice damage and attack stat.

The best Light Cone for Jingliu is by far the 5-star I Shall Be My Own Sword. The Critical Damage boost works great together with her Talent's Critical Rate increase, and the fact that she consumes HP from her three allies upon triggering one Enhanced Skill, means that she'll immediately gain the maximum bonus.

The answer to both questions is yes, both Acheron and Jingliu are good and worth getting. However, before you pull for either of them, you must first understand what you need to invest in each character and how they may or may not fit in your current lineups.

As an all-in-one Main DPS with high ATK, the ability to self Action Advance, and strong AoE, Jingliu's DMG potential and output are exceptional. Being a Path of Destruction character also means she has natural advantage in terms of stats and is capable of dealing both single-target and AoE DMG.

As for Jingliu's Planar Ornament relics, your best bet is the 2-piece Rutilant Arena, which increases her Crit Rate by 8% and buffs her basic attack and skill damage by 20% if her Crit Rate reaches 70% or higher, a requirement she can easily reach once in her enhanced state.

This effect cannot stack and can only trigger 1 time per turn. Clara's signature light cone, Something Irreplaceable, suits Jingliu quite well. It not only enhances her damage output but also provides a degree of healing, adding a defensive aspect to her gameplay.

As both Blade and Fu Xuan scale with Max HP, Jingliu's Talent will always grant the maximum possible amount of ATK.

Bronya can force Jingliu to move up the turn order while Tingyun can give her a burst of Energy so Jingliu can cast her Ultimate more frequently, allowing her to stack her Talent more quickly. Fu Xuan and Bailu make for a great defensive combo.

Is a secret vow good for Jingliu? ›

As for Jingliu, Secret Vow is fine, but Under the Blue Sky may be better if you have it, depending on what superimpose each is at.

Easier to reach as Jingliu will always use CRIT DMG Body. 2,000~3,000+ ATK - Third breakpoint to achieve. Keep in mind that a great amount of Jingliu's ATK is gained through her absorption of allies' HP.

She needs allies that have, in total, 10,000 HP to have the maximum ATK% bonus. When Syzygy stacks becomes 0, Jingliu will exit the Spectral Transmigration state.

The stats requirement is about ~134 Speed, minimum 20% crit rate, maximum 50% crit rate and as much additional crit damage, speed, attack as you can.
